Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or order number.

How to start a return

Email us at precursorprints@proton.me with your order number and the item you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized items, digital files, and gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or card company to post the refund.

Return shipping cost

If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover return shipping. For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping.
