Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. 

Processing time

Most orders are made to order. Current processing time is 2-3 days before shipment. Large or custom pieces can take longer. If your order is time sensitive, contact us before you purchase.

Carriers and services

Orders ship with USPS. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves our workshop.

Estimated delivery

Domestic delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, after processing. Delivery time is an estimate from the carrier and can vary with weather or service interruptions.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free local pickup is available if offered at checkout.

Address and delivery issues

Please confirm your address before placing an order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship once you pay the new shipping cost.

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot find the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will help open a trace with the carrier.

Materials note for 3D printed items

Each item is printed and finished by hand. Small variations in color or surface texture can occur. Layer lines are part of the printing process.
